Get Involved

We have many ways for you to get involved as soon as you are ready.

GROUPS

Join us on Wednesday evenings for our Connect Group Bible study from 6:30 to 7:30.

We also have various groups for men and women, and dinner circles for helping us mix and meet.

Do you like to play music? Come practice with our band and jam with new friends.

Great questions to ask one another in a group setting:

• “How do you make decisions?”

• “How were you saved?”

• “How are you depending on God right now?”

• “How do you wait for God?”

• “How do you process suffering?”

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

If you’re interested in community outreach, help our mission teams with Disaster Relief, the Chateau Apartment community building, or our Fire Station 7 lunches.

  • In Disaster Relief, our team partners with other Southern Baptist Churches to go near and far to help others in hard times. We help our local community by building ramps and responding to downed trees or fences. We also provide help outside our community by doing things like helping with hurricane relief by serving food, mudding out homes, or simply standing by the broken hearted.

  • At the Chateau Apartment community building, we are trying to show care and build a fun environment in a local neighborhood as we talk about our faith and open up conversations about Jesus.

  • At Fire Station 7, we serve lunch to show our appreciation for the hardworking first responders who take care of our community.

FELLOWSHIP

One Sunday each month, we share a lunch after our worship time, and you’re invited. After the lunch, feel free to stay and help us clean up, pray for the neighborhood, or join our prayer-walk team as they venture into the surrounding neighborhood to knock on doors and ask for prayer requests.

Each month, we also meet up on a Sunday at 5pm to do something fun together around town. We encourage you to come along and bring friends, especially those who may not be up for a church service. Whether we are bowling at Clancy’s, hanging out at Cammack Station, or line dancing at a friend’s barn, our goal is to get to know each other and turn strangers into family.

Getting involved can be as simple as showing up on Sunday and helping newcomers find the coffee, the main sanctuary, or the bathroom. Go out on a limb and introduce yourself to someone you don’t know and invite them to lunch after the service.

When you come to Remedy City Church, you’ll find a group of people ready to get to know new faces.

PARTNERSHIP

If you’re ready to take your involvement to the next level, the best way is to commit to the church and become a church partner. If you’re interested in learning more, take a look at our Partnership page.
