Guidelines for partnering with parachurch ministries

We welcome the opportunity to partner with Christian organizations who share our mission and values. To keep our focus clear and protect our worship environment, we have a simple process for partnerships and announcements.

How Partnership Works

  1. Become a Partner – The ministry representative must be a partner (church member) of Remedy City Church.

  2. Elder Review – Elders will prayerfully review the ministry for alignment in doctrine, mission, and timing. We may decline for reasons such as oversaturation of requests or limited resources.

  3. Approval – If approved, elders may allow announcements, flyers, or calls to action.

Our Current Priorities (as of Aug 2025)

  1. Southern Baptist (SBC) ministries – Our first commitment.

  2. Community Care Network / Chateau Apartments – Longstanding local partnership.

  3. BSU Campus ministries – Cru, Navigators, etc. when represented by students in our church.

  4. Operation Christmas Child – Limited to box filling.

If Partnership Is Not Established

  • You are welcome to attend services and get to know our church.

  • Please do not distribute flyers, fundraise, or promote during Sunday worship. The worship gathering is reserved for worship.

  • We ask for a cooperative spirit with elders as we set direction and priorities. Elders often will not have time to check your references, run your background check, vet your ministry’s fiscal ethics, evaluate your doctrine, or coordinate the integration of your ministry with our present highly intentional calendar and goals. With regret, we generally have to say no to good things far more often even than bad things.

Summary

To partner with us, become a partner (church member) of Remedy City Church, so we can truly partner with you. Together, we can serve Christ’s mission while protecting our congregation’s focus and resources.
